Your review gave me chills! 😱 I haven't read the book, although the Amityville story is obviously legendary and I've seen a movie or two, but the written details sound much more brutal.
It's shocking that it all seems real; that's what keeps you thinking about it all at night. I'm adding it to my reading list, though I'll probably have to read it with the lights on. Thanks for sharing!
