Today I decided to talk about a very important topic. Here here few questions that need to be answered. Snd I will try yo give you answers of these questions.
The questions are
- Why we are loosing real taste of life by running towards modern-day life style?
- Why our lifestyle has become comfortable? 3. Why we are spending our most of the time with gadgets like mobile phones and ruining our health?
- Why fast food has become our essential part of meal?

Nowadays we see lots of patients in the hospitals. There is a huge rush in the hospitals. The People are compelled buying different kinds of medicines. They are spending lots of money on medicines. And the owner of medical stores have becoming rich day by day. You know why? Because our parks, playgrounds and our jyms have almost uninhabited. Believe me if we start giving only one hour from 24 hours to our health and fitness. If we do exercise regularly, we will feel completely different from the people who are not doing exercise. Being fit and healthy require consistent workout. Because we run from nature and seek enjoyment in artificial things. So that's why we loose real taste of life. Spend time with nature, walk and exercise should be our habit, we should take healthy diet, then it will be a completely different ball game. But unfortunately we don't continue exercise and remain in comfort zone. - Why our lifestyle has become comfortable? Comfort zone is a slow poison. Most of us don't break their comfort zone and spend their whole life in it. So their life becomes quite boring. Even health doesn't exist in their priorities, so laziness occupy them. One of reason to spend comfortable lifestyle is that we hesitate to learn, we hesitate to adopt a changed lifestyle. Most of us shy to go to jym for exercise. They say what people say about him. If you care that what people will say about you then you are ruining your life. You cannot shut people's mouth. So nowadays comfortable lifestyle ruining our health. We should spend daily one hour at least to our health and fitness.
- Why we are spending most of our time with gadgets like mobile phones and ruining our health? Mobile phone is a major component nowadays in destroying our health. It is a big distraction. People are using mobile phones day and nights. They don't care about health. So now the question is how can we get rid of mobile addiction and allocate quality time for our health. I think all you need to do is that you have to priorities things in your life. If health comes first in your priority list then you will not allow this tiny gadget like mobile phone to stop him from allocating quality time for health and fitness. Remember health is a great blessing of Almighty ALLAH. And if you fell ill then you feel the importance of health.
- Why fast food has become an essential part of our meal?
Nowadays fast food has become a trend in z generation. Their meal is incompmete without junk and fast food. You know fast food is very injurious for our health and fitness. So now the question is why fast has become a part of our meal and how can we get rid of it?
First if all we should know about the harms of fast food and we should know the importance of our health. Unfortunately most of us don't know the importance of our health. That's why we don't care to eat healthy food. Instead of healthy food we prefer to eat jusk and fast food.
So the conclusion is that health is the most precious and valuable thing in our life. We should be very cautious about our health. We should prefer organic food over junk food. We should do exercise on daily basis. We should be very cautious about our health.
