Can pretty much relate to this. I'm a sweet tooth too. But now as an adult, my appetite for sweets changes from time to time. There are days I don't want them, and days that I crave them. My technique is to pair it with a strong espresso so I can only eat half as much.

You're disciplined :) And a good technique to curtail your cravings. I'll have to start devising a strategy too.
