Merci ! Très bonne question 😁 Je pense que la différence vient surtout de la pâte : pour une tarte, elle est fine et « tassée », tandis que pour une pizza, elle contient de la levure et est plus « levée ». Je ne sais pas s’il y a d’autres vraies différences…
