Hello everyone, good evening and welcome to my blog. Special thanks to @hive.ghana for this week's prompts. Great topics I've seen there but I don't know why music was eye catching. I'm a music person and I sing, I listen to music a lot, maybe that's the reason.

Music is an essential part of human culture, and it surpasses and goes beyond boundaries and languages. It has the power to stir up emotions, create connections, and bring people together.
Music has been a part of human history for thousands of years, with evidence of ancient civilizations using instruments and singing. My friend always tell me that music is not my father's mate even my ancestors. From classical music to modern genres, music has evolved over time, influenced by cultural and social changes.

Music comes in diverse genres, each with its unique style and sound. Popular genres include pop, rock, hip-hop, jazz, classical, and many more. Each genre has its own history, sub-genres, and notable artists.
Music has a very big impact on society. Ranging from influencing culture, politics, and our personal lives. It provides a platform for one to express his or herself and perhaps rell a story. Music also has the power to unite people, also has the power to mar, and inspire a change.

Music has a lot benefits, including stress relief, improved mental health, It brings people together, creates memories, and provides a sense of belonging. That's why everytime I'm stressed, the first thing on my mind to relax with is music. Even when I'm angry or I get emotional, music does a lot to help.

Ive listened to all kinds and genres of music but there's none that can inspire me like gospel music
From the lyrics to the beats, it sends chills down my spine. If you are depressed, there's just a Line that can give you that relief immediately, you are sad, theres an assurance that everything's going to be all right. Songs reminding you of God's promises to you everyday and sometimes the testimony to prove he has done it before and he is doing it again.

Anyday, anytime it is gospel songs for me. It was in our parents generation that it was said that gospel music was boring but not in this generation that we have the likes of Prinx Emmanuel, Gabriel Eziashi, Nathaniel Bassey, Mercy Chinwo, Bidemi Olaoba, Spirit of Prophecy, Mike Abdul, Moses Bliss and the Spot lite Nation and the rest.

But my favorite for the time is Dunsin Onyekan. His songs give me chills anytime I am listen to them and I advise you add his songs to your playlist, both thise originally sang by him and the ones he was featured on. If you are the afrobeats kind of person, I'll advise you add Prinx's Emmanuel's songs. You will love it.

Thanks for stopping by.
Best wishes ❤️
