To be honest, I will like them to move to Base quickly and get those whales to bring in the capital to keep Leo from dipping further. Majority of Lions are always out of funds investing in LSTR and only buying surge bit by bit. So, the idea thing will be to move to Base now and only leave some on H.E to enable Lions who are waiting for funds to come to get some more.
I'm a bit pessimistic, Base is such a big ecosystem, lot of thing things there... SURGE might get lots in the fog
