Thank you @keithtaylor for reblogging. I've just noticed you're based in Shipley. I lived in York for several years in the 1980s and 90s, oh, and in Leeds and Wakefield for a year apiece when I was a little boy.

Technically, I was born in Leeds. Or at least my birth certificate is held there. But the town of Baildon, my birthplace, is now part of Bradford since 1974 reorganisation.

If you follow football, which team do you support? I ask as a raving long-distance Leeds fan!
I'm not really a fan. But if Leeds are on in the pub, I'll be cheering them.
