Strange the name of the cap, malheureux = sad, it seems a little paradise.

Yes, strange name, but there is a story behind. The place was named by the French who had the colonial power until 1810. The British had made attempts to take over, without succes. Then the made an attack here at this place and took the British by surprise. So it was a sad/ unlucky day for the French...hence the name
