My Actifit Report Card: December 10 2024
Hello @actifit,
Im using this method to submit my report for Monday. Wheb i was trying to post it in the actifit app it was giving me an error messages. It said I didn’t have enough activity but I actually have more than 10k.
I attached the error messages screenshot at the end of this post.
I was so excited to submit this report that when i saw the error message i got creative.

Today is Monday … the week has began. That means going back to the gym and regular workout week activities.
Today was an energetic day.
I wake up with my mind set up to stretching. I wanted to pull my muscles and balance my body before going to the gym and that’s what I did.
Prepared some RosaMonte (Yerba Mate) and got ready for the action.

I started with the stretching combined with yoga, at times they are kind of similarly. Since I was listening to meditation music I also let my mind to be carried away.
While I was doing this combo, I came up with this funny idea. I named my new exercise: Solyogtation.
The name refers to the combination of three words sol, yoga and meditation. It’s just a funny idea that crossed my mind but maybe I created a new workout method. Who knows 😂?

After that I prepared myself to head out to the gym. Today was chest and triceps day.
I felt energized, not only for the previous Solyogtation but also for the water I took for my workout today. I added some salt to it.

A glass of warm salt water cannot only keep you hydrated, but also boost digestive health. In general, salt is often referred as a rich source of sodium, and it is proven to be crucial for maintaining proper nerve and muscle function.
I had a good workout, it was Monday after all I rested my muscles and body for two days during the weekend.
I made it back home in my usual bike ride. I took some time to answer some messages in my Challenge no sugar for a week group
Some members finished their week, others are just starting. I’m 21 days away until the 30th.
As the day was gone, I did another stretching to a nice sunset.
As I mentioned in the beginning, today was an energetic day. I got move than 10k movements on the @actifit tracker . I like when that happens cause that means two things:
1- I workout well
2- I got to get all the Actifit rewards points
