So, let’s talk about oil 😄
From my experience, olive oil pairs best with cheese and prosciutto, or with fresh tomato and mozzarella – a classic Mediterranean combo.
For cooking, I use sunflower or canola oil.
I love using pumpkin seed oil on salads – it is used strictly cold.
And the landscape is great. Really great photos.
It reminded me of a time when I was driving through a village where they grew sunflowers for oil. An indescribable sight. As far as you can see, sunflowers stand like an army (as corny and worn-out as that sounds). Unfortunately, I didn't have a camera, and that was before smartphones.
