What's for breakfast?
We all know that food is what we eat that keeps us alive and good food keeps us health and strong.
Always bread and tea
But recently I feel am eating the same type of meal over and over every year, week, month and day and it's becoming boring.
Sometimes I try to spice things up but they are just still the same after all.
For example, I'm used to eating rice and stew every Sunday and Monday this has been a custom in my home for a long time, as a matter of fact is like a ritual that must be done every Sunday. If it's not fish stew it's chicken stew or beef, at some point I even had to use some other protein such as egg to spice things up but it's still rice and surce.
Now here is the big deal, we all know that breakfast is the king of all meal like it's very important that we have a meal before leaving the house to enable us call out our activities and be fit for the day. My problem is I'm tired of tea and bread, pap and moi moi, noodles and Egg, yam and egg source.
The fact is I take more of tea and bread than the other food mentioned.
please I need a healthy meal plan, it should be budget friendly and accessable.
