How are you all? Hope you all are doing great? I am also fine. Happy weekend to all of you. So, after many days I am here in @hivefood with my recipe. Hooe you will enjoy it when you try this recipe.

So, without wasting time let's move towards the procedure

Ingredients:

Bread slices – 5 (white bread) 🍞

Milk – 1.5 liters

Custard powder – 3–4 tbsp

Sugar – 1/3 cup (adjust to taste)

Ghee or oil – for frying

Chopped almonds (2–3 tbsp)

Coconut powder (2 - 3 tbsp)

Instructions:

First, I started by frying the bread. For this, I took slices of bread and cut its edges. Then, I cut all these bread slices in quarters. After that, I took frying pan 🍳 and added ghee on it. Then, I put the breads in it and fried it until it turned in light brown color. Then, I took them out in a dish.

Then, I started making custard. For this, I took milk in a pan and boiled it. After that, I added sugar in it. Then, I took half cup milk at normal temperature and added custard powder in it and mixed it well. Then, I started to add it slowly in the boiled milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Then, I cooked it on the medium flame until the custard came to my required consistency. After that, I left it to cool slightly.

Then, I started layering these things. For this, first I pour the custard in a dish then, I layered the bread slices on it. Then, again I poured custard on it. And lastly, I garnished it with coconut powder and chopped almonds. Then, I kept it in to the freezer for 1 to 2 hours to chill.
