So, I am in week three of a five month Valkyrie training program. Every morning I haul my carcass out of bed and do my workout. Today, as I was mid push-up, a most mischievously foul feline landed on my back and stayed there as I went through a plank, pushups, and alternating floating limbs (with pulsing!) sequence. Bet the creators of the program didn’t account for added pet motivation😆
