Ultras are fun in their own grueling way. My longest was 42 miles from downtown Spokane to the top of Mt Spokane which was all road but the 50K trail run around Riverside park was the most fun. Those were years ago though and I really need to get the motivation back for regular training.

Sounds like a lot of climbing. I will keep testing myself to see what is possible, but ultimately it's for fun.
