Don't believe so, but you can save to home screen.
There isn't and they're not planning for having one in the near future. The reason being it'll be a lot harder to maintain both a web app and a mobile app, plus it may come with a lot of drama with Google and Apple.

There used to be but not anymore. If I remember correctly, dealing with app stores was too much trouble
We're focused on the Web App because I don't trust app stores loll
