What HIVE makes possible isn't owning your data, is removing that ownership from going to centralized entities that would profit off it.

At least on HIVE, if the data is valuable, all those who have HIVE stake benefit off it.

Ownership of your data on Hive also means being able to be the one that controls it. You cannot be taken down from Hive, but you can be blacklisted from front ends. It's on the blockchain and can always be called back, even if you delete it from the front ends yourself. But that doesn't mean the data you post is yours because people do like to copy others, so in a sense you are correct, but not at the same time... It's a weird conundrum, lol.

There isn't and they're not planning for having one in the near future. The reason being it'll be a lot harder to maintain both a web app and a mobile app, plus it may come with a lot of drama with Google and Apple.

If it's for articles, there is a community called LeoFinance that is for finance related content.

And on the community sections you can scroll and see that there are communities for everything: food, photography, music, gaming, cars, sports, etc

Dash is primed for mass scaling. The masternodes keep infrastructure running well, and the onchain scaling approach means there isn't really a realistic limit.

They just have to login with keystore. Same seed phrase for SOL, ARB, BTC, Dash etc. can generate the key for HIVE. There is no separate Solna wallet to attach. This is thanks to dev work from INLEO.
