How to Prepare Scent Leaves Boiled Rice and Catfish Stew; Homemade meals for my Family.

Yesterday was a Sunday and a day of rest and as a chef I decided to treat my family to some healthy and delicious delicacies. My brother loves to have some spicy foods that is healthy and easy to digest and on my own part I love cat fish stew so much, it's been a while we have had this kind of a meal and seeing that everyone is craving for something I decided to give them a surprise treat for a Sunday

The ingredients needed are

Scent leaves
Green beans
Carrots
Rice
Tomatoes, peppers and onions
Seasonings maggi and salts
Catfish

I started with washing the rice and boiling it properly.

When it has cook very well with a little water still in I added the green beans first After boiling them properly and the entire water is now below I rice pot I added the carrots and then the scent leaves followed next.

With this my spiced boiled rice is ready.

Next is the Catfish stew.
To prepare this I started by blending the pepper, tomatoes and onions together. Then I allowed it to steam and dry up properly.

After the tomatoes paste is properly boiled and it's moisture content well reduced, I added vegetables oil to it followed by my seasoning.

The catfish was already prepared and ready. To get the best taste I had to make my stew extra spicy as the catfish will be drawing so much taste from there.

Now everything is ready and here is how I served my family some delicious meals for Sunday.

Having some carrots, green beans and catfish is a good way add some rich protein to your diet.

I equally prepared some salad a d Salad cream which I added to the meal and here is a tray of lunch everyone had.
