Preparation:
Having grinded my dried fish with fresh pepper, i mixed it together with stockfish and steam it a little then added water to it. Added my seasoning cube and salt to taste. After the stockfish have soften, i add palm oil to steam then added my thickner and covered to steam well. In less than 5 minutes, the soup is becoming almost ready, and then i added my leaf after i have washed it with salt.
The preparation of this soup isn't that hard, and doesn't take time unless, you choose to use meat, fish, periwinkle, snail etc.
