I am fortunate to now live in a quiet place, but I fully understand the problems caused by noise pollution. For decades I lived in the center of Madrid and suffered from the noise in the area. About the water, it should not be normal that something so basic comes home contaminated. You know that I am sorry that all these things happen to you. Surely if you were not exposed to these forms of pollution, mental pollution would be less.

I totally agree, and I would not be as physically and mentally sick as I find.

I celebrate that you lead a peaceful, relaxed and quiet life, because as you have to drink brown water like me, I am not sure how strong your body is to support all the damage.

Anyway, here I continue to fight, there is only 1 day for the 20 ...
