Staying fit for a healthy lifestyle
Maintaining a good body shape is something everyone desires which over time has indeed become the other of the day. It is the major reason we see a lot of young stars going for brazilian butt lift (BBL) and it accomplice all for having a good figure eight like we locally call it.
True it's not bad to stay in shape as it is something I also desire.....I mean who don't want to look fit? I guess no one right. But then far beyound undergoing a surgery or taking drugs which eventually causes other side effects as time passes, there are several other ways to stay in a better shape and that too can be achieve naturally but this has to do with lots of discipline and consistency which dieting comes in. When it comes to proper dieting it has to do with a lot of self control which is abstinence from some particular foods and a well drafted diet routine to avoid excess of fat. For those with excess of fats it might take a while before seeing tangible results but then exercise can be included to aid the process even faster.
Combining exercise along diet routine I would say is just the perfect combo one needs to be fit without worrying much of any side effects rather than go for something you have to face the repercussions in the later future. A lot of people thinks staying fit is the most difficult thing to do which is true but what we fail to understand is that when it comes to fitness one needs to be passionate about it. You don't just go to the gym ones a week and expect a miracle to happen....no it doesn't work that way. It has to be a regular practice at least three to four times a week which by so doing in little time we start to love the transformation we see.
Aha!! I see a lot of people including myself do this, although we exercise frequently yet eat whatever junk that comes our way. Despite having numerous exercise apps, I still get caught in my bad habit eating junks and so on. Though I try to be consistent but my old self keeps coming back and drawing me backwards each time there is a progress. For now I don't worry much cause I am currently fit and in love with my body shape but for the later I have to take it serious since am naturally endowed with fats. 🤣
But then rigorous exercise is not something I'll advise anyone as a person health condition needs to be considered in other to avoid further complications that's why is good to first visit a physician which is the first and appropriate step to take in staying fit likewise receive professional advice to know what works best for us all.

Combining both seems like the perfect combo but then it's the consistency that matters, I've seen a lot of people start this healthy journey but aren't consistent and that resulted in everything been into waste, just like I want to start mine😁.
Both is sure important dr but I know myself so well oh.... especially when my village people decides to intensify my hunger level. 🤣
I told myself when I get married I would properly start so I don't go out of shape oh but truth be told the right time is now 🤣
