RE: Technology Gone Too Far

Humans are complex beings, these weapons were created solely to protect life and properties from invaders, I guess that also includes fellow humans. What I find really difficult to understand is that, when you fire a missile at another country, knowing fully well it will land in a place occupied by humans, do they not think of people who have nothing to do with whatever decisions the government is making will be the one to get hurt?
