Looks good, excited about the development of Nectar.
One thing that bugs me out in the proposal is that the daily pay. Instead of paying upfront everything, I'd prefer a year of payments. That way stakeholders can retract their votes, in case you just don't deliver anything (not saying this is gonna happen.) Otherwise that would be an instant approval for my humble stake. :)

Great feedback! I think many are thinking it, but its curious to me how few are saying this particular one out loud.
This is my concern, too, and I question the delivery of 100k HBD, a whole year's budget, within two weeks of the start of the project, before any deliverables have been achieved.
Is there a way round this?
The post mentions a supervisory committee, have you approached anyone to serve on this, or received any expressions of interest? What will the terms of reference be? What powers will the supervisory committee have? For example, what will happen if the project does not deliver? Is there any compensation for members of the supervisory committee?
For example, could there be multi-sigs authorising payments from the holding account (@open.mithril, I'm guessing)?
What liability, if any, will members of the supervisory committee be taking on?
