Ghibli does that haha it leaves the interpretation to the viewer, I guess they make the movies in such a way that each person who sees them can interpret them according to their vision of life, but that's just my opinion haha 😂

Si creo que depende de cada personaje que te guste o te llame la atención. Te dará el mensaje de manera diferente. Cuando el mensaje esta claro, todos lo sabremos. Pero en este caso cada quien dará su veredicto de acuerdo a lo que entendio de la pelicula.
