The best photo of 2026

And how could I say no? This photograph perfectly reflects the affection, respect, and love that my mother and I have for each other. It is a simple photograph that conveys so much emotion that I really cannot find the words to describe it, so I prefer not to and leave it to your own interpretation.

Let me clarify from the outset that neither of us are heavy drinkers, but during the Christmas season, sharing alcoholic beverages with the family is also a tradition.

This photograph was taken on December 31, 2025, and shows me sitting with my mother at the table in my aunt's house. It was there that we shared these special days with my cousins and uncles, and I hope that you can do the same, as we can say that we don't need a particular date to share with the family and make them feel special. However, we know that Christmas is about that, especially about bringing and share those emotions and experiences. On the one hand, there are our friends and acquaintances, and on the other, there are the siblings that life gives us, people we normally meet on the street. We have time for these people all year round, but these particular dates are strictly for family, or at least that's how we do it here in our culture.

This post is a bit short, as I am only sharing a photograph while telling you where it was taken and when, and also explaining what it means to me personally.

But this does not mean that I want to wish the best to each of you who are reading this post, this piece of history, this beautiful memory that I have created with my family. I hope that you, like me, can share these pleasant moments with your family and that this year, 2026, will put in our minds and thoughts some very high goals and the will to work day after day for each of them until we achieve them.

Each person has their own personal goal, and no matter what yours may be, the only thing we need to know is that we cannot stop working toward them.

I wish you a happy new year and a prosperous 2026.
