Howdy friends I hope you’re all well and enjoying the weekend! Another decent day today, I managed to hit the gym before my busy evening and got in a decent workout. Not as much weight training as I’d have liked with how busy the gym is come the weekend but I did manage to get some steps in then the rest of the day walking about pushed me over the 15,000 mark.
