Morning walk 300825

I'm awake, I'm alive, and I would like to stay that way. In well enough shape to keep walking, running, climbing, jumping, dancing and being active. As we get older it becomes easier to fall into habits and forget the wellness of our body requires maintenance.

This week I went for a walk 3 mornings in a row, but then the past 2 days I did not. I had other things to do, and that is an excuse. But only foul if I stop my consistent efforts. It is 10:26am right now.

I have my detox drink with lemon, I took my liquid vitamin. I'll take my other stuff when I get back and make breakfast. There's a bag of garbage that needs to go out to the bin. I've got my shorts and shoes on, I fed my cats too. 10:30am, nothing else to wait for. Time to go!

2km is far enough to break a sweat, and near enough not to have any excuses.

The secret is to go through the motions but not think about it too much. Pretty soon it's half over and you're almost back again! Go go go !ALIVE ! PIZZA

do it before your morning coffee when your mind is dull, its easier AND more effective, because you can reward yourself with the coffee too
