Morning walk 020925
Wake up, get up, move it. No excuses, just one foot in front of the other. Being healthy and active increases your odds of survival, but does not guarentee it. Being unhealthy however, increases your odds of not surviving if something does happen.
I slept until 1030, laid in bed for an hour but went right out and made it to the YMCA. I just loop the building, but it's far enough that I've broken a sweat and am ready for breakfast when I get back.
Proof of Walking. I should use actifit more but I always have problems with the app. Today my phone was not plugged in and died halfway through my journey, however music kept playing. Now I'm done and my phone is charging back up.
My goals for today are to get some space cleared in my livingroom, so I can fold laundry. Today will pass quickly, it's already after noon. If I get right to it and stay focused I might make progress! What do you need to work on today? How far will you walk?
I have a laundromat very close to my home, perhaps a walk would serve me well!
