RE: New Bylaw On Surveillance Cameras

In SA everyone who is a citizen has to have an identity document like a driving license that also has a record of your finger prints. If they check the finger prints are not on the data base then you are an illegal alien and why open borders is not a great thing aa we have millions of unregistered unknown people. Cameras should not be required to convict a criminal, but more of a deterrent. Criminals have no rights in my book and if they cross into your yard then they should not expect to leave and can become part of the landscape.
