RE: Sugar as a drug

I like your post, however I have to disgree about the salt part.

I have been consuming "abnormal" amounts of salt (with plenty of water of course) every day since late 2022. My health has never been better, I got rid of chronic angina that I got at least 2 times a year, and I never get sick, I never have any headaches. Overall health improved a lot and would recomend it to anyone. Just be sure to consume raw celtic salt, or any kind of salt that hasn't been procesed in any way. Also the high blood presure from salt consumption is a myth, mine is actually lower than ever.

Avoid sugar and flour but not salt.

Remember we originaly evolved from creatures that lived in the sea, salt cannot harm us, it is only beneficial.

Thank you for your comment.

I don't have too much experience in medicine to claim that something is or isn't good for health, but I only know one thing.
Everything in moderation and it is possible that there will be no problems.

Refined or not, does it contain sodium, which can negatively affect the work of the kidneys and the condition of the arteries (pressure due to water retention in the body)?

It contains sodium of course, but it contains over 80 different minerals that are all essntial for normal body function. In my experience with salt+water consumption I have had no problems with kidneys or blood preasure. Same goes for my wife who is also consuming salt. (We are both 30 years old)

Another thing I would like to add is that I often donate blood or plasma and every time when they run a blood test they tell me that I am the perfect doner, due to the resaults they see.

We are both 30 years old

That's the essence.
When I was that age, I could eat anything, I didn't gain weight, and my metabolism burned everything harmful.

After forty-five, I was told at the blood transfusion institute that the quality of my blood was no longer satisfactory.
Stay alive, we'll see what the next 20 years will bring us, what sacrifices we'll have to make.
