The system is definitely not innocent. There is this saying that goes 'A villian isn't born but created'. People arent born to be bad or dangerous, they are usually a reflection of everything they have been through. Also, there is a place of choice in everything. Many people have a hard life but they still don't use that as an excuse to do bad, while some do it anyways. Anything for survival.
