Well, you can check www.warhammer.com and www.warhammer-community.com. There you can see all about all the different game systems, models, armies, etc.

At this link: https://www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/downloads/warhammer-40000/ You can get the Core Rules of 10th edition and this shows you how to play the game.
