RE: Stepping Up

Yeah dude, I hear that! I am trying to wonder what that is about. I am thinking that a lot of it has to do with working at large companies, institutions and organizations potentially, where they don't get recognition. Working for small to medium sized places is where you can hone and refine those things, at least in my experience!
