Here there are two kind of graffiti. The good ones and most times the ugly sprayed signs. Some of them are even sprayed over the good graffiti art. Why? I don't understand why they destroy other peoples art.

Some people can be crazy when trying to outdo others. It's the same thing everywhere not only in your place, most people just like pulling others down while trying to get public attention.
This is just a stupid behavior.
