I am good!

Had been dealing with some childhood difficulties for years. Few years ago, started working on it intensively and made great progress on how to deal with it. What was still open was learning to accept the past and allowing yourself to move on, so it won’t continue to have an negative impact. So honestly , I don’t like revisiting it, but I also know I will need to.

I'm sorry to hear that! Sometimes the only way forward is a trip down memory lane. And in certain times, the trip is best if taken with a lifeline (like a friend) for support.
