That sounds awful! Unfortunately, sometimes cancer can spread worse than a wildfire and it can seem like doctors etc hasn't done their job properly.
I personally think it is the body itself that escalate the condition so fast that it seems it has been spreading for ages.

I'm really happy to hear she's doing well and seem to be in good spirits 🙌🏼
