@jongolson and @thelogicaldude have motivated me to give up the bean ☕️. I’ve only been a coffee drinker for 6+ years and the short-term positives are not worth the long-term negative effects I’ve experienced.

Here’s my starter kit: Gyokuro tea, matcha powder green tea, and some ashwaganda.

Going to grab some mushroom coffee too.

That's a good way to go! Try to find your own adaptogenic mushroom source and you can powder those up for your teas as well.

Glad for you. Caffeine is my only vice and I'm happy enough with it.

Been a month for me...I feel so much better. I loved coffee, the taste was unmatched for me. But I'm pretty happy with the switch to tea!

I love steeped tea, I don't use sugar, a little touch of honey is yummy!
Also, a squeeze of fresh lemon 🍋 is tasty also! Sometimes I use both!
