Nice Progress and I hope you keep up the daily blog report as I'm always checking in how you are doing even though I don't always comment.

If you ever need a new trick to track weight loss, something that helped and works motivating for me is to weigh in daily and calculate your average 10-day weight, that eliminates the day-to-day swings and it is very much possible to get the average down day after day which boost motivation. Doing a weekly weigh in is also an option.

Keep up the progress next week!
