Day 2762 | Continued Daily Reps

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was not really the most productive as I'm still kind of in a zone where I just don't feel like doing anything and I can't brute-force my way into it. So the goal is to limit the damage which I did. I had a bit of productivity, kept my eating within fairly healthy options (aside from some caramelised peanust in the early evening) and I also did my daily reps even though I still need to expand on them. I do feel after a couple days that I'm already getting a bit stronger though especially on the heavy 50kg incline bench presses. The goal on Saturday is to up the daily numbers a bit more.

I was thinking about joining an evening hot yoga class but I saw online that it was an exception 90 minute class instead of the usual friday 60 minute which would not get me back in time home for the Football so I skipped. Next monday will be the next class that I attend.

After the football match I watched a movie that I ended up really liking named The Life Of Chuck.
