Day 2639 | High Activity Monday!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday turned out in a very active day with a walk in the early afternoon which included doing a mountain 4 times to get in some extra leg training. I did 50 Incline Bench presses pushing the weight to the limit of 46.7kg which really had me struggling by rep 10. I completed the 100 Push reps by adding 50 Push-ups which are quite a bit easier compared to the bench. On top of all this, I also joined a 60-Minute hot yoga class in the evening. This added the steps on my day up to 21k+

I also managed to eat healthy spending some kitchen time even though I ate way too much which I felt in the evening during the hot yoga class.
