Day 2637 | More Hot Yoga & Bench Presses

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday was another pretty straightforward day where I started out getting up a bit earlier to get in some initial productivity before joining a 3rd hot yoga class in 3 days. I also once again completed my 100 Bench presses on the day and continue to have no real pain the day after which makes me increase the weight a bit more for Sunday from 41.7kg to 44.2kg and I'm almost running out of extra weights to add. I might switch on sunday to regular push ups for a change though. The rest of the day was pretty much filled with following the Belgian League football matches and after that I watched the first episode of Alien Earth which I aim to complete next week.

Thanks, if anything this blog grew into a daily habbit and routine that I enjoy and it helps a lot to prevent me from drifting away too far.
