Greenland is not for sale, but one option could be Denmark renting it to USA for, let's say ,10 years.
I'd say $5T/year would be a good price.

No that's completely wrong and uneducated. EU is the most important trade partner to China and EU has very powerful economical instruments they can use. The world will tremble if they strengthen ties with China. Russia is nothing.
World won't bother with China and EU relations, only USA will. Rest of the world is in good ties with China. Eu can't dump USD and can't shake hands with China.
