A floor priced asset at $1 will always be worth at least $1 under the outlined mechanics of that floor (in this case, LSTR dissolving operations). What the market pays in between now and then is irrelevant to whether this is factually correct.
SURGE could’ve had a floor price of $3.33. Then you wouldn’t confuse it for a stablecoin. LeoStrategy chose to price it at $1 for simplicity but that is a far cry from making it a stablecoin in any sense. SURGE is intended to be a token you hold for yield and eventually convert to close your position (outlined in the same docs you’re quoting)
