Al llegar notamos que el lugar estaba muy concurrido pero corrimos con la suerte de conseguir una mesa disponible para sentarnos; estar cómodos, conversar y disfrutar ese momento.

Los panes empaquetados en bolsas transparentes se veían frescos, recién sacados del horno.

Panka Express es una cadena de tiendas distribuida en diferentes lugares de la ciudad donde vivo Puerto Ordaz; que en sus inicios vendía solo frutos secos y semillas; pero con el pasar de los años han ido remodelándo las tiendas; ofreciendo a los consumidores mas alternativas de consumo; ahora son: panadería, cafetería y bodegón. Imagino han tenido que reinventarse para mantenerse en el mercado competitivo de otras tiendas y supermercados.

Panka Express is a chain of stores distributed in different parts of the city where I live in Puerto Ordaz; in the beginning they sold only nuts and seeds; but over the years they have been remodeling the stores; offering consumers more alternatives for consumption; now they are: bakery, cafeteria and grocery store. I imagine they have had to reinvent themselves to stay in the competitive market of other stores and supermarkets.

Ordenamos café con leche, café expreso, postres; es importante resaltar que nos atendieron rápido y el lugar estaba lleno de clientes; buena atención al clientes.

We ordered coffee with milk, espresso, desserts; it is important to point out that we were served quickly and the place was full of customers; good customer service.

Para mi ordenamos este postre; que se llama postre frío Panka.

For me we ordered this dessert; it is called Panka cold dessert.

Para el caballero un crossan de chocolate. Le pregunte como estaba de sabor y me dijo que estaba bien; pero de su preferencia que el chocolate fuera amargo. Pero me dijo que estuvo bien su crossan.

Mi postre estaba demasiado dulce; creo que también lo sentí así porque tengo meses que deje de tomar café con azúcar y baje el consumo de azúcar en los alimentos. Dejar de consumir azúcar en cada taza de café fue una buena decisión; pero ya esto seria para redactar otra publicación. Volviendo a mi postre estaba frescos, es decir recién hecho; estuvo bien.

My dessert was too sweet; I think I also felt that way because I stopped drinking coffee with sugar for months and I lowered the consumption of sugar in food. To stop consuming sugar in every cup of coffee was a good decision; but that would be for another post. Back to my dessert, it was fresh, freshly made; it was good.
