Talking about fitness, we always think that fitness is a part of our health. Being healthy is the greatest gift in life. Why is that?, being healthy will be very beneficial for us, being able to do everything we want, working well, eating what we like, and being able to go wherever we want. Therefore, having the blessing of health in our lives is the greatest gift that God has given us, so it is only natural that we as good humans must take care of our health as it should.
Keeping yourself healthy and fit is to adopt a simple healthy lifestyle but with good goals. Among the healthy lifestyle that I run is to regulate my diet regularly. That is eating according to a schedule 3 times a day, with foods that have a balanced nutritional value, such as consuming protein, carbohydrates and other levels that are in accordance with the daily needs of our bodies. Well, not only managing a balanced diet, to keep the body in shape, we need some activities that can train our health, including physical fitness exercises.
I usually do physical fitness training with some activities that can make me move and sweat. Because I am a field worker, of course it is very familiar with me. Working in the sun, and working with extra energy will make me very easily tired. Therefore, when I have free time, at least once a week, I use it to do light exercise such as doing sig ups or jogging, just to train my muscles so that they don't get cramped easily when doing strenuous activities at work.
I think this is very helpful in keeping me feeling fit and fresh every day. Well I also suggest you that we look fit and healthy. Take a regular bath at least once 2 times a day, diligently clean all your body parts, because it will really help keep your body healthy and fresh in carrying out various activities.
