¡Hola amigos! Hoy les cuento cómo me fue apoyando a mi amiga María José en su clase de yoga terapéutico. María José es una nueva amiga con la que he conseguido una conexión increíble, es una chica maravillosa que tiene mucho para enseñar a los demás y su vibra es de las más bonitas. Desde hace mucho tiempo que no tenía cerca de mí una amiga así con la que pudiera compartir, que disfrutara de cosas similares a las mías y con la que pudiera coincidir hasta en la forma de pensar. Mis mejores amigas, que son tan hermosas como ella, viven todas hoy en día lejos de mi ciudad, algunas incluso en otros países, y aunque siempre estamos en contacto, obviamente la distancia hace que no podamos compartir con tanta frecuencia. Sin embargo, Dios es tan perfecto que puso en mi camino a esta nueva amiga con la que siento que nos conocemos desde hace muchos años y con que la comparto muchas cosas en común, principalmente el respeto y la empatía recíproca.

Hello friends! Today I tell you how I did supporting my friend Maria Jose in her therapeutic yoga class. Maria Jose is a new friend with whom I have gained an incredible connection, she is a wonderful girl who has a lot to teach others and her vibe is one of the nicest. It's been a long time since I had such a friend close to me with whom I could share, who enjoys things similar to mine and with whom I could coincide even in the way of thinking. My best friends, who are as beautiful as she is, all live nowadays far away from my city, some even in other countries, and although we are always in contact, obviously the distance makes that we cannot share as often. However, God is so perfect that he put in my way this new friend with whom I feel that we have known each other for many years and with whom I share many things in common, mainly respect and reciprocal empathy.

Ella es colombiana, pero su esposo es venezolano y luego de vivir varios años allá en Colombia decidieron mudarse a Venezuela. Ella a pesar de haber estudiado relaciones en comercio internacional, desde hace años se ha preparado como instructora de yoga, algo que le apasiona mucho y la verdad es que solo hay que verla en una de sus clases para darte cuenta de que realmente le apasiona bastante este mundo. Actualmente se está atreviendo a comenzar su propio grupo de alumnos de yoga, por lo que para concretar ese grupo de afiliados a ella y a sus clases ha estado dando varias clases demostrativas en varios lugares.

She is Colombian, but her husband is Venezuelan and after living in Colombia for several years they decided to move to Venezuela. Despite having studied international trade relations, she has been trained as a yoga instructor for years, something she is very passionate about and the truth is that you only have to see her in one of her classes to realize that she is really passionate about this world. Currently she is daring to start her own group of yoga students, so to make this group of people affiliated to her and her classes she has been giving several demonstration classes in several places.

En esta oportunidad, la clase demostrativa fue en Master Pádel, un lugar de entretenimiento, principalmente con canchas de Pádel en Maturín, pero que también está conectado al club de palma real donde hay varios espacios recreativos que son ideales para hacer otras actividades.

In this opportunity, the demonstration class was at Master Padel, a place of entertainment, mainly with Padel courts in Maturin, but also connected to the royal palm club where there are several recreational spaces that are ideal for other activities.

Dentro de las instalaciones ellos tienen un hermoso árbol al que llaman el árbol de la vida y allí, frente a este árbol, fue donde inicialmente mi amiga comenzó su clase de este día.

Inside the facility they have a beautiful tree they call the tree of life and it was there, in front of this tree, that my friend initially began her class for the day.

Asistieron varias personas y yo estaba muy emocionada por ella, ya que a veces se llena de angustia y esos pensamientos le juegan en contra haciéndole creer que no lo va a poder lograr, pero este día fue todo un éxito, tuvo más de 10 personas en su clase y el lugar estaba mágico para darla.

Several people attended and I was very excited for her, because sometimes she is filled with anxiety and those thoughts play against her making her believe that she will not be able to make it, but this day was a success, she had more than 10 people in her class and the place was magical to give it.

A mitad de clase comenzó a lloviznar pero eso no nos detuvo, rápidamente nos movimos a una de las churuatas del club que tiene vista frente al lago artificial de allí, lo que hizo otro momento mágico para conectar con esta clase que te enseña a eso, a conectar contigo mismo y con el aquí y el ahora.

Halfway through the class it started to drizzle but that didn't stop us, we quickly moved to one of the club's churuatas that overlooks the artificial lake there, which made for another magical moment to connect with this class that teaches you that, to connect with yourself and the here and now.

Yo la he acompañado a varias de sus clases demostrativas y esta para mi ha sido la mejor, por supuesto no pude documentar cuando yo estaba haciendo mis posturas porque eso significaba tener que salir de la concentración que se necesita para disfrutar la clase y poder conectar con uno mismo, pero pude documentar todo el proceso previo y después que es el que aquí les traigo.

I have accompanied her to several of her demonstration classes and this one for me has been the best, of course I could not document when I was doing my postures because that meant having to leave the concentration that is needed to enjoy the class and to connect with oneself, but I could document the whole process before and after which is what I bring you here.

Sé que María José más pronto que tarde logrará concretar su sueño de tener su grupo fiel de alumnos de yoga, ella es excelente profe y por lo menos ya tiene una alumna fija que soy yo, si son de la zona y quieren conocerla un poco más y atrever a probar sus maravillosas clases les dejo por aquí el usuario de su cuenta de Instagram @fitsoul_24
