thank you! Bodyglide works perfect against blisters especially with the hot weather!

Just willpower! Training for 3 upcoming marathons (and might do one short notice next month) . I just love being out there and reflect on my day or life in general while running!

what suggestion would you give to a noob runner like myself?

It would depend on your current level and your ambitions.

What helped me the most was to train slow to race fast. That way I needed less recovery time between runs. I think I do 80% of my runs in zone 2 (if you run on heartbeat) at first it is a switch to make but after a while also your zone 2 gets faster.

What helped me the most earlier this year towards a 3h and 20 min marathon was adding extra recovery runs (change complete rest days into gentile jogs)

But most of all - try to view running as a moment of peace / quality time - if that is difficult , slow down :)

What are your running ambitions? Would love to hear it!
