A friend of mine picked them in the forest without washing them. She suffers brain damage because of worms that were in there. An awful story actually. They grow in my garden and I wash them all the time

Awww Thanks for The kind and Lovely words you as well, 💖. We are still in a deep freeze here, we hit -44 the other night that is without the Windchill values, btw -40c equals -40F. Right now it's about -33c this morning apparently though we are going into plus 2 or +3c on the weekend which will be most triumphant lol seriously 😳.

For a few years we had state rebates from the eco-fund for the so-called Net Metering, but now they have abolished it and switched to a new way of charging the network fee (similar to Germany) and the network fee has increased drastically, especially if you exceed your declared power by 15 minutes per hour. Solar is vulnerable here in winter because from the grid, say for heat pump or IR panels, you can easily exceed that.

Today has been a beautiful and strong day at the same time. Nice, since I was with my mom doing the shopping and sharing. Hard, because when we arrived we were without elevators, and I had to climb a market of almost 44 Lbs, with a backpack the 20 floors.
