The name they are charging.
This all caps name from your birth certificate. This is what they want to charge you with. And all they need is for you to accept it. After that is done, they have all authority to do what they want with you. You're not even a real thing that is breathing. You are literally dead. Rigidity. A monster. For it sometimes speaks. Convulsions maybe? Weird. Oh well we continue with business. JOHN DOE here yadda yadda yadda. Is charged with XYZ how do you plea?
The moment you entered that arena you are dead. Benched from playing ball. Or are you?

Be honest with yourself here and speak true. At the very moment of birth every child is incapable of knowing what the fuck. They don't know what the hell is going on. They don't know where they are aside from here and now on survival mode. Scared after the trauma of birthing him or herself to life, normally, then given to the mother to suckle on her breasts. But to the babies perspective? They don't know who you are. Their just happy for the warmth and love their getting.
Yet along those lines some asshole you gave too much trust too. Who the fuck is this stranger entering your birthing area of your new born, Pa'w? You going to say or do something? They want you to sign the baby over to them. Are you going to do it?

They say they printed your baby foot print on it. Do you believe them? Can they prove it to you?
Of course they can show you all sorts of legal documents and registry. But do you remember signing a contract that gave the government power over you?

I know what you're going to say. But I did my dome|work. I also found that contracts are only legitimate when all parties are conscious, aware of what is happening, properly informed, establishment that one is being forced to do it, even not be under fraudulent indoctrination, voluntary and no ruling by force whatsoever, can then a contract be a legitimate document.
But this is not how the BIRTH CERTIFICATE(a legal contract) was signed. It is the only thing(aside from the invisible violent threats they have over you) they have against you to tie you to their chains.
This is why they in the beginning of every court session, they want you to admit who you are. They want you to play ball as SUCH AND SUCH.
Well I'm telling it as it is, it's a dirty trap and they are clever sharks.
Maybe it's time to push back and challenge jurisdiction?
Or maybe it's time that in mass, we to just ignore their demands entirely. To never answer their questions. Recognize them for who THEY really are. And then get on the same page here. Do we really need them?
They say to never impose violence unto others unless others impose violence against you. Well the government is all about making violence against you. How much are you going to keep letting them?
So all the evidence comes from outside sources. Just he said and she said and take our word for it. There's a word for that. One that is not acceptable in court as admissible evidence.

Learn to Win In Court
The UN calls us 'State Nationals'. While I reckon that's actually an accurate title, what they do with that is somehow contrive to assume authority over us, and that isn't lawful, because the American State accords it's nationals sovereignty, not subjugation. I am a sovereign civilian non-combatant, and don't reckon that avails anyone any authority over me. The Constitution of the United States of America is the highest law of the nation, and it is not the source of my rights, but is a document circumscribing the acts and powers lawful to that nation. It does not circumscribe sovereign civilians in any way, and in fact the Bill of Rights goes on to specifically emphasize that the State is not allowed to transgress the rights of sovereign civilians detailed therein, and further points out that there are more rights not delineated in the Bill of Rights the State has no lawful authority to transgress, but those listed are the most important.
Now, I feel plenty transgressed when statutes and regulations proclaim I have to be strapped into my private automobile while exercising my Constitutionally protected right to travel in my homeland, but I'm not quite prepared to go to war over a $65 fine. Maybe I should, but it seems a bit silly to get that exercised over the cost of a couple Big Macs, sodas, and some fries. The principle isn't so lightly discarded as the fine, however. Food for thought. Sadly, there's plenty more to consider, too.

I wonder what evidence they have to prove that I fall under the "State" and as a "National". What are those two words anyways?
A State/STATE/state(s)/etc is a fictional deity. Doesn't exist. It is a political concept that's says a ruling class is the owner here. Or there. Whatever.
From my understanding of national is that nation is a few things. In the biblical meaning, nación was derived from the Jews to be used against the "Gentiles" or "heathens".
I all rightly reject the existence of countries, so then there resta a question. Which race of people?
In the market sense, a nation can be anything with enough capital. Like Disney, big private companies. So yes, "countries" can be nations too. and yes even sometimes families who are filthy rich are nations too.
So to call us State National... Non Jews under government jurisdiction.
