What side of Liotes should we work on?
Welcome to a new Liotes Mission. Today we would like to brainstorm with you about how what we should work on with the Liotes project. As you are aware, there are many sides and sub-projects of Liotes like the tokens LEN, LENM, CTPSB, the diesel pools, the curation project, the witness aspect, the lore of liotes, the missions, the liotes ranking, the power challenge, the youtube channel, ... We would like to know what aspect of the project we should work on and especially learn from you what you think.
What aspects or sub-projects of Liotes should we focus on!

As far as I can see, the tokenomics of this project are sound so I would focus on building the YouTube channel to spread the word. With that in mind, I wonder if Liotes could develop a way to bring people to the Hive community, specifically, a clear and easy way to onboard new people via Liotes...

That was the initial idea of the youtube channel but we realized it's not easy to build content with both of us having a lot of commitments. We haven't given up but we need to focus more on it.
Any interest in LEO assets?
We have worked towards LEO assets several times but each time there was a change that had us start from zero. Not so sure whether we want to build this up again...

Well, I don't have many ideas, but one possibility could be to work with dividends? Like daily or weekly payments in Hive or some other token or even LEN itself based on the LENM stake, for example.
Another idea is that since the Liotes ecosystem is already well defined with so many things, it would be to focus on bringing more people to Hive in some way, whether by focusing on the YouTube channel, publishing on publish0x, or even creating a Twitter/X to present everything that Liotes and Hive have to offer.
We are paying daily dividends in LEN tokens to the people delegating Hive power to liotes.voter. This works quite well and the return is at or above curation rewards.
We started the youtube project but we fail to find enough time to develop it...
This part about paying in LEN is really good, that's true, but my idea would be to add another function to the LENM token so that people would be encouraged to buy the LEN token and exchange it for LENM, and with that, there could be distribution of tokens such as POB, CENT, BBH, or something like that.
Another thing I thought of later, since Liotes has a whole history (lore) and even has those point rankings and such, wouldn't it be cool to think of a game that delves deeper into that universe? It could be a simple browser game, with missions and RPG elements that delve deeper into the Liotes community ecosystem.
It's the youtube channel for me. Advertising it to a bigger audience will be good. :)

I think that it's consolidation time.
Missions are great. So maybe consider extending them to the YouTube channel. And tie everything together through liotes.com so that it pulls blog posts from Hive, videos from YouTube etc. Then you'll have the stats from Google Search Console, and/or other analytics to really see where the interests and the traffic lies.

Go for more witness vote canvassing promotion! Breaking into the top 20 really makes a difference. (easier said than done though 🤣)
We believe that in the long run our community and ourselves will grow consistently and that sooner of later we will climb the ranks :-)

I think it would depend on where the funding would come from. Funding would either be the funds or time for the additional items that would be "worked on". Also, I believe it would depend upon which parts are already self-sustaining as well. Your time is probably already limited due to all the moving parts of the project so I would suggest the curation and witness aspects may provide additional funds that may increase the returns in all the other aspects of the project.
It would be interesting to break out of the Hive ecosystem a bit to improve profits. Although I don't know if Liotes has enough volume to do so.
Have you thought LPs with parities with swap.btc for example?
Maybe something that you can start making some chats is with VSC so maybe LEN token can be implemented in there!
I believe they are in many ways interconnected. The better one area of Liotes is doing, the better for the other parts. I know this is won't be Liotes' first bear market, and that's very important, but I'd plan ahead for the next one, which I'm sure you are already doing. Community is central for Liotes, so whatever you do, keep it engaged (it will help through the bear market too).
I think Liotes is in a good position to spread the word outside of Hive. The YouTube channel is the perfect tool for this.
I'm not sure what to advise.
As a community, I think Liotes is working well. As far as the number of members is concerned, I think it's growing. Are there members from the Hive blockchain? Perhaps consider recruiting members from other blockchains?
Financially, I think tokenomics is working as planned - slow and steady growth.
However, if there is more going on behind the scenes, then perhaps Liotes needs to examine where it is weaker and upgrade it, even with a smaller project, if possible. Now, YT could be the element or object in the project...
I don't know what to say 'coz I believe the project is doing great thanks to the both of you, so I'm just hoping stakeholders would help your witnesses rank up😉
So far, what I see (after a short break) is yet another liquidity pool — not just to stabilize, but also to start pushing up the price of LEN. There should always be that temptation to hold on to as many tokens as possible instead of selling them...
I like everything thus far. Maybe more development into the youtube channel to bring more people into Hive
I think Liotes is doing well, but I honestly miss what we had in the past with a liotes shop. It could also link to things on other chains if you ever involve Liotes with other blockchains.
Curation and witness!
I think, liotes team should continue what they are currently doing, may be create more interesting challenges or competitions to participate.
I know, youtube hasn't gone the way the team intended. Time has always been a constraint for all, and you guys have personal commitments too. Keep the idea alive and spend time when you have on it.

I didn't know there was a pool for LEN, LENM, and CTPSB tokens. Actually, I haven't ventured into any pools here on Hive yet. It would be good to make a post or video on YouTube about tokens and pools, especially in terms of profitability. I know that Liotes is already well established here on Hive, but for newbies or laymen like me, it would be very useful.
I think Liotes needs to focus on growing what they already have instead of venturing into a new area again. Gain more to be prepared for any future ahead. There's a rumour that something bad will happen in this world around late 2025 or early 2026. I hope it won't happen as we can see economies of many countries are going down, as one of the hints that "bad" thing will happen.
