Content for Telios Lens.jpg

As you know, we are trying to create a youtube channel called Telios Lens. It's great to see that we have already 11 subscribers even if we haven't posted anything yet. We have hatched out some ideas but would like to have your opinion about what you believe would be the most interesting content. We have created a list here and we would like you to order them in order of interest. Put the most interesting on top and then go down. Put at least 3 answers. If you have any other suggestion, please add it.

Here our list of content ideas:

  1. Review of programs and websites
  2. Telling about our own experiences and anecdotes
  3. Vision about how things will evolve in the future
  4. Our mission to build a business: the steps we take and the progress we make
  5. Inviting guests and asking them questions
  6. Tutorials
  7. Others (Your ideas)

We will probably not just use one single content type but we would love to know what you think is interesting and what is not.

Typical answer structure:
5, 3, 2, 7 (= Baby videos)
Your potential development (not compulsory)

Please leave your answer as a comment below this post.

The Liotes Mission

By taking part in the Liotes missions, you can win credits that will help you to increase your score and your title in the Liotes Ranking.

People who submit an answer will get 3 credits for the Liotes ranking. If you submit more than 1 answer, you will not get more credits.

We are very grateful if you enter the challenge within 24 hours after the post is published. We will try to count entries up to 36 hours after publication.

All are good ideas. I think making short videos are also required where you could showcase Liotes and maybe some Hive content.

Capcut seems to be a pretty good tool I can recommend too.

We will definitely also create short videos. It's a must today I believe.

Maybe I would say, introduction at first, so that people will know you.

An introduction is a very good point, thanks!

They all have their merits, but these are my top three:

  1. Our mission to build a business: the steps we take and the progress we make
  2. Inviting guests and asking them questions
  3. Review of programs and websites

Others: Book reviews or summaries - topical books in the online biz / crypto / tech / self-improvement niches

4 and 3 sound like the most important to me. Everything else is just content for people who have seen and bought into your vision. :)

What I suggest is you put together an intro video with the results of all of your planning over the last while. Assuming you are looking for an audience much wider than Hive, you will have to start from scratch so people can get up to speed quickly and not feel left out.

Plus, when we start help spreading the word and new people check out of curiosity, you want them to find some content and hopefully it will hook them into following and playing along.

Kinda like the businesses we help with setting up their online profile/presence. Get a vision, mission, logo and put your story there for people to discover and become involved with. Then, follow it up with consistent content and then work on engagement and building a community.

Love the collaborative and inclusive planning & building so far. Can’t wait to see it take off

These are some very good points. You are totally right, we need to broaden the message to a bigger audience and take them onboard with the project. Thanks for your suggestions and for taking part in this planning work :-)

For sure!

Online presence is so important when you are competing for attention in a sea of infinite content. Making it succinct and straightforward in case people pause for a sec to check out a home or landing page might keep them coming back.

I think my digital marketing is sticking out ;)

I think all are good content ideas. I would start with some introduction scoped in point number 4. Then a mix of the rest of the points. And emphasizing a little bit on point 2, which I think is very important to gain followers. People who consume a lot of video material tend to like to see other people's experiences.

All of them are good talking points. I'd say conveying the project's mission statement is likely the most important. So... 4... then the rest in any order.

I've just subscribed to the channel!

I think it would be interesting: 2, 3, 4, 6

And for the "others": obviously try to talk about something crypto, about hive and its possibilities. You can put other videos too, talking about other cryptos to attract attention and everything.

Spread liotes word and tutorials by video are always welcomed and important for sharing with newbies

4, 2, 1, 6, 3, 5

I chose that order based on what I feel is the most important starting sequence. Because I believe that the most important content for Telios Lens will evolve as you build an active subscriber base. So...

  • 4: allows you to introduce yourself as others have suggested. And can become a regular update.
  • 2: encourages people to get to know you more and makes the concepts clearer by example.
  • 1: is a practical tool for visitors that can be constantly referred to.
  • 6: the same
  • 3: emphasises that all the above will grow and change.
  • 5: isn't least important necessarily. But it depends on how it's formatted. For example, you might follow-up each type of video with a guest who shares their approach to the content of your video. And that might be extremely important if you attract guests who have a large following.

Since the channel is linked to a degree to Liotes, maybe 4 should be there. 2 you'd probably be good at, in my opinion (but also 1 and 6, but I'll stick with 2). If you can find interesting guests then 5 should really be a good thing for your channel.

4 and 3 will attract the attention.
1 and 2 is to ensure people can relate
5 and 6 is to complete the video
Then one more part is to ask if there are any specific content viewers are looking out for in your videos

It's a good idea to ask the audience for ideas, thank you!

5, 3, 4, 7 (= Inviting guests and asking them questions)

I think inviting guests could bring a lot of diverse perspectives and keep the content engaging.

I think that talking about your mission gives the watchers a clear goal that you have. Then if you talk about your vision and your experiences, then people will find it more relatable. After that, you can branch into guests that follow your vision or reviewing sites related to that. The last thing would be tutorials, and it should be used for things without much clear instructions.

2, 4, and 5 will be good.

1 lacks content if you think of it only in the HIVE blockchain, but it has a good impact on bringing someone on board. It benefits more HIVE and Liotes than the YouTube account itself.

2 is unlimited information that may be useful for people.

3 is a risk one to get viewers and haters at the same time.
P.S. Not all people will kindly make a good discussion about that.

4 is a personal thing for me to look out for in the future.

5 is a usual thing that attracts people, depending on the content.

6 is like... need or not needed at the same time? Depends on the content.

I believe that for the "start" to be as focused as possible, it would be structured from most interesting to most interesting at first, like: 4, 3, 5, 6.

It would include a "7" of some live streams on the weekend, leaving the theme free, for example, commenting on some relevant news and debating, or simply motivating people, something that generates more of a sense of community and family.

Like the idea of a simple introdution telling your mission and vision for the future of the channel and also a tuturial to follow up.

I think personal experiences are more interesting and relatable compared to tutorial and reviews because that can be easily "replaced" by AI these days.

2, 3, and 4 are most important, in my view, for the channel's launch. I think this is important to demonstrate the essence and culture of TeliosLens.
